Before I start, not every game shown in this presentation will be discussed, as I will mainly talk about games that I care about and are interested in. If the games you care about and are interested in don't show up here, don't take it personally, have nothing against the games, but they're just not for me, or it's just that I don't have much to say about them except cool. However, if you're happy with the games that you care about and are interested in, I have nothing to say about it, good for you, and I'm happy for you.
With E3 officially gone, Summer Game Fest is pretty much the biggest gaming show of the summer, so did they deliver this year? In addition, will also be talking about Days of the Devs and Devolver Direct, as some beautiful indie games should be talked about as well, giving them a spotlight here.
Mortal Shell II is an action role-playing game developed by Cold Symmetry and published by Playstack. It will be released on PS5, PC, and Xbox in 2026.
Oh wow, didn't expect that the game to get a sequel, but nice to see it getting one as it looks amazing. The combat looks sick, and the graphics look beautiful as they have definitely improved from the first game. Very curious to see how the final product will turn out once it's released next year.
Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is an action-adventure game developed by Kojima Productions and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The game is set to be released on PS5 on June 26, 2025.
We've seen many trailers of this game in the past already, but we finally got more details on the game, as it continues to look incredible. They showcased another story trailer for the game, focusing on Neil and Lucy as they developed a bond with each other due to having a cancer mark on their hand, where it continues to be a mystery. I'm still interested in the story, and I'm curious about how the final product will turn out, so looking forward to the release of the game in a few weeks.
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is a kart-racing game developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega. The game is set to be released on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X, and Switch 2 on September 25, 2025.
This is one of the most anticipated racing games that I'm interested in this year, and what they've shown so far is looking great. Loving the guest characters that they're bringing in, such as virtual J-Pop idol, Hatsune Miku, Ichiban from Like a Dragon, Joker from Persona 5, and Steve from Minecraft, as they also come with tracks and music as well, which is nice. Plus, they announced that this game will cross-play with other platforms, which is awesome. Looking forward to seeing more of this game in the future as it'll be released in three months.
Code Vein II is an action role-playing game developed and published by Bandai Namco, where the game is set to be released on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC in 2026.
Wow! Nice to see Bandai Namco making a sequel to this game as I really enjoyed the first one, and I'm curious about what they did to improve it since then. Loving the atmosphere, it has with its dark tone, and the gameplay looks smooth and fun as always. Very curious to see more of this game and hope we'll get to see more of it soon, as it'll be released next year.
End of Abyss is a sci-fi horror game developed by Section 9 Interactive and published by Epic Games. The game is set to be released on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X in 2026.
This game took me by surprise as I really like the atmosphere of this game, as it seems creepy and mysterious. The game definitely gives me a Little Nightmares vibe, but with sci-fi, which is quite interesting. I hope to see more of this game in the future once it comes out next year.
MOUSE: P.I. For Hire is a first-person shooter developed by Fumi Games and published by PlaySide Studio Limited. The game is set to be released on PC, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5, and Switch in 2025.
This game was showcased in the past, but in a big presentation like this so great to see this game getting the recognition that it deserves. Love the art style, going back to the black and white 1920s Mickey Mouse cartoons is awesome. Plus, the game being a first-person shooter is also quite cool. Looking forward to the final product of the game once it comes out late this year.
MARVEL Cosmic Invasion is a beat 'em up game developed by Tribute Games and published by DotEmu. The game is set to be released on Switch and PC in Holiday 2025.
We've seen this game in the past with the Nintendo Direct earlier this year in March, but we got two new playable characters showcased here, and they looked great. Having Rocket and She-Hulk on here are great choices to be in this game, as it continues to look like that classic beat 'em up that we all enjoyed. Looking forward to seeing more once the game is released this holiday.
Onimusha: Way of the Sword is an action game developed and published by Capcom, where the game will be released on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X in 2026.
We've seen this game numerous times in past digital presentations, and it continues to look amazing. I was very surprised that they're already working on the English voice acting for the game, which is a lot faster than I expected. The graphics still look beautiful, and the gameplay looks like a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to seeing more of this game once it's released next year.
Felt That: Boxing is a comedic boxing game developed by Sans Strings Studios, where the game is set to be released on PC this year.
Okay, I didn't expect a Punch-Out!! game using Muppets, but here we are. It actually does look quite cool especially having the Muppets in this game which should provide some comedy if anything. Definitely want to see more of this game as it makes me quite curious, and I hope to see more once it's released later this year.
KILLER INN is a murder mystery game developed and published by Square Enix, where the game is set to be released on PC in the future.
Okay, didn't expect Square Enix to develop a murder mystery game like this, but cool. I do like the concept of it, and it should be a fun multiplayer game as well. There will be a beta for this game for players to try out, so we'll see how that beta goes and how it'll do. Hope to see more of this game once it's released down the line.
Dune: Awakening is a survival game developed and published by Funcom, where the game is set to be released on PC on June 10, 2025.
This game has been showcased in numerous presentations already, but we finally got an official release date for it as it's coming a lot sooner than expected. The story seems quite interesting from what they showcased here, and the gameplay looks to be a lot of fun too. We'll see how the final product will turn out as it'll be released by the time you're reading this.
Chrono Odyssey is an action massive multiplayer online role-playing game developed by Chrono Studio and published by Kakao Games. The game is set to be released on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X in the future.
This looks to be a very interesting MMORPG that definitely looks soulslike in terms of gameplay and so forth. There looks to be a lot of customization, which should be a lot of fun. There will be a playtest for the game on PC from June 20 to June 22, so we'll see how that turns out once this game is released in the future.
MIO: Memories in Orbit is a Metroidvania platformer developed by Douze Dixiemes and published by Pullup Entertainment. The game is set to be released on PC, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and Switch later this year.
The last time we saw anything about this game was back at the Nintendo Direct last year in June, so great to see this game again with progress. Love the atmosphere of the game, and the gameplay continues to look amazing. There is a demo out now for this game on PC and Xbox, so I'm looking forward to seeing how this game will turn out once it's released later this year.

Out of Words is a co-op platformer adventure game developed by Kong Orange and Wiredfly and published by Epic Games. The game is set to be released on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X in 2026.
This game definitely caught my attention due to its unique art style. The fact that the art style is handmade for this game is incredible as well. The gameplay looks to be fun too, and the story seems quite interesting with the protagonists losing their mouths. Very curious to see how this game will turn out once it's released next year.
LEGO® VOYAGERS is a 2-player co-op adventure game developed by Light Brick Studio and published by Annapurna Interactive. The game is set to be released on PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X, and Switch in the future.
Cool to see that there'll be a new LEGO game that features co-op, which looks like a lot of fun. The puzzles seem quite interesting, and there seems to be a lot to do in that game as well. Hope to see more of this game in the future to see what else it has in store.
Nicktoons & The Dice of Destiny is an action role-playing game developed by Petit Fabrik and Fair Play Games and published by GameMill Entertainment. The game is set to be released on Xbox Series X, PS5, Switch, and PC in Fall 2025.
Okay, we're getting a crossover action RPG involving Nickelodeon characters? Cool! This game does have potential, but I definitely need to see more, as it seems like a battle arena, but hard to say currently at this point. Hope to see more of this game down the line as I'm intrigued, as it'll be released this fall.
Lies of P: Overture is DLC for the action role-playing game developed by Round8 Studio and published by Neowiz, Lies of P. The DLC is now available on PS5, PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC.
We saw a trailer of the DLC for this game back at the last PlayStation State of Play, so great to see it again with a confirmed release date. Lies of P is one of my favorite soulslike games that isn't from FromSoftware, and this DLC looks to fulfill it with it being a prequel to the main game. Looking forward to playing it as it's available now.
Fractured Blooms is a psychological horror game developed and published by Serenity Forge, where the game is set to be released on PC in the future.
This game definitely has my interest with it being a mixture of Doki Doki Literature Club and Silent Hill into one. The atmosphere looks both peaceful when it is and creepy when it's not peaceful. I'm very curious to see how the final game will turn out, as I definitely want to see more. Hope we can get to see that soon in the future.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is a role-playing game developed and published by Netmarble, where the game is set to be released on PS5 and PC in the future.
Okay, didn't expect that Seven Deadly Sins would get an RPG like this, but very cool. This seems to be a prequel to the manga and anime of Seven Deadly Sins, so it should be interesting from a story standpoint. Gameplay looks fun too, and I hope to see more of this game in the future.
Mina the Hollower is an action-adventure game developed and published by Yacht Club Games, where the game will be released on PS5, Switch, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC on October 31, 2025.
I've had an eye on this game for quite a long time now, and it's great that we finally got a release date for this game, as it's coming much sooner than I expected. This game gives out classic Metroidvania and classic 2D Zelda vibes, as I love every single minute of it. There's also a Steam game demo, so that's also great. Looking forward to the full release once it's out in four months.
Dying Light: The Beast is a survival horror game developed and published by Techland. The game is set to be released on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC on August 22, 2025.
We've seen this game in past presentations, but we finally got a confirmed release date, and it's coming a lot sooner than I expected. This game looks to be very creepy and intense, but that's the point of Dying Light, as I'm sure that this game will do great. Looking forward to seeing how the game will turn out once it's released in two months.

Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree is an action game developed by Brownies Inc. and published by Bandai Namco. The game is set to be released on PS5, Xbox Series X, PC, and Switch on September 19, 2025.
This is another game that caught my interest due to its art style and character designs. The combat looks to be a lot of fun, but I really adore the art style this game has, and the fact that you have a fish man and a dog man as your teammates is awesome. Hope to see more of this game down the line once it's released in three months.
Acts of Blood is a beat 'em up game developed and published by Eksil Team, where the game will be released on PC in Summer 2026.
This looks to be a very interesting beat 'em up game with a very unique art style that I like. The combat definitely looks fun to play with all of the combos you can do, along with the chaos as well. Hope to see more of this game in the future once it's released next year.
Scott Pilgrim EX is a beat 'em up game developed and published by Tribute Games, where the game is set to be released on PC, Switch, PS5, PS4, and Xbox Series X in 2026.
Nice to see a new beat 'em up game for Scott Pilgrim, as it looks amazing and so much fun. It looks like there'll be seven characters total, with tons of combos to do in the game as well. Looking forward to seeing how this game will turn out overall once it's released next year.
First Light 007 is an action-adventure game developed and published by IO Interactive, where the game will be released on Xbox Series X, PS5, and PC in 2026.
We saw this game back at the PlayStation State of Play earlier this week, but nice to see a special bonus in here. Le Chiffre from Casino Royale in Hitman: World of Assassination will be in this game as a special bonus, where starting today until July 6, 2025, if you manage to catch Le Chiffre, you'll get a special bonus in First Light 007. Very cool there, and I'm very curious to see how the overall game will turn out once it's released later this year.
Blighted is an action role-playing game developed and published by Drinkbox Studios, where the game is set to be released on PC in the future.
Loving what I've seen with this game so far, as I really enjoy the art style of this game. Granted, Drinkbox Studios tends to have this art style with their games, but it still looks great regardless. Also, the combat looks so much fun as it pretty much gives me Hollow Knight and Hades vibes, which I love. Hope to see more of this game in the future once it's released..
Mecha BREAK is a mecha shooter game developed and published by Amazing Seagun Games, where the game will be released on PC and Xbox Series X on July 1, 2025.
We've seen this game multiple times in the past presentations already, but we finally got a release date for the game, which is coming out sooner than expected. There was no gameplay shown for this trailer as it was mainly a story and CGI trailer, which is fine, but I kind of wished they showed a bit more gameplay. Regardless, looking forward to the game as it comes out next month.
Street Fighter 6 is a fighting game developed and published by Capcom. Later this year, Year 3 DLC characters, including Alex, C. Viper, Ingrid, and Sagat, will be available.
I was wondering when they'll showcase the next set of DLC characters for Street Fighter 6, and it looks like we got it. Not a bad selection of characters that they chose for Year 3, as well, with all of them being returning veterans. I'm very curious to see their new designs and how they play once they come later this year.
WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers is a soul-like action role-playing game developed by Leenezz and published by 505 Games. It will be released on July 24, 2025, for Xbox Series X, PC, and PS5.
It's been a while since we last saw anything from this game, but it's great to see it again after so long, and we got a release date for it as it's coming sooner than expected. I continue to love the graphics in this game as they're quite beautiful, and the combat looks smooth in terms of its action and style. They also have pre-order bonuses with costumes as well which is a nice bonus. Looking forward to seeing how this game will turn out once it's released next month.
Into The Unwell is an action roguelike game developed by She Was Such a Good Horse and published by Coffee Stain Publishing. The game is set to be released on PC in the future.
Really loving what I've seen with this game, as it has that unique art style along with that interesting combat. The art style reminds me of Cuphead with that old-school Western cartoon style of the 1920s, and the gameplay looks to be an action roguelike, which is also awesome. Looking forward to seeing more of this game once it's released in the future.
Stranger Than Heaven is an action-adventure game developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and published by Sega. It will be released on unannounced consoles in the future.
We last saw this game in the Game Awards last year, so great to see this game again with an official name this time, which is nice to see. The original name for the game was Project Century, but now they have named it Stranger Than Heaven, which is an interesting name for the game. The game continues to look great with it being Like a Dragon taking place in the 1940s in Japan as well as being more violent, which I can dig that. Looking forward to seeing more of this game once it's released in the future.
Resident Evil Requiem is a survival horror game developed and published by Capcom, where the game will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC on February 27, 2026.
Holy crap! I knew it was going to come eventually, and they teased it earlier in the presentation when Capcom had plans for Resident Evil's 30th anniversary, but I didn't expect them to announce it here, which is a nice surprise. The graphics look so realistic, and the horror and atmosphere of the game are totally there, which should be a creepy experience. I'm very curious to see how the game will turn out and will see more of it soon, right before its release in eight months.
Snap & Grab is a puzzle game developed by No Goblin and published by Annapurna Interactive. The game is set to be released on Xbox Series X, PS5, and PC in 2026.
This looks to be an interesting concept of a game, and it looks to be very fun as well. You get to be the villain, where you take pictures of what you want to steal, and your minions will try to grab it for you without getting caught. This should lead to a lot of funny moments, and we'll see how the final product will turn out once the game is released next year.
Big Walk is a cooperative game developed by House House and published by Panic. The game is set to be released on PC in 2026.
It's been a while since we last saw this game, which was the Game Awards 2023, so great to see the progress it has made since then. This looks to be a very fun cooperative game that utilizes voice chat as well as just chilling, but creating chaos at the same time with the puzzle solving. I'm very curious to see how the final game will turn out and hope to see more of it soon once it's released next year.
Sword of the Sea is an adventure game developed and published by Giant Squid, which will be released on PS5 and PC on August 19, 2025.
We've seen this game at the PlayStation State of Play, so it's great to see it again to get more exposure. This is one of my most anticipated indie games, as I'm usually a fan of Giant Squid's works, and this game looks to be no different. Looking forward to seeing how this game will turn out once it's released in two months.
Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School is an open-world puzzle game developed by Coin Crew Games and published by iam8bit Presents. The game is set to be released on PC in the future.
It's very cool to see that Escape Academy is looking to expand from the first game by making it open-world, which is quite cool. Having all of these puzzles while trying to escape sounds like a lot of fun, and I'm very curious to see how that turns out. Regardless, looking forward to the game once it's released in the future.
Dos Divas: One Last Meal is a role-playing game developed and published by Outerloop Games, where the game is set to be released on PC in 2026.
Well, this game definitely looks unique in terms of the art style, and I really like it. I also like how the game is turn-based too with its combat, and it's about food as well, which is a nice touch. I'm very curious to see how this game will turn out and hope to see more once it's released next year.
Possessor(s) is a fast-paced action side scroller developed by Heart Machine and published by Devolver Digital. The game is set to be released on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X later this year.
It's been a year since we last saw this game, so great to see it again after so long, and it continues to look great. The combat for this game continues to look very smooth, and I do like the story behind the game, which is quite intriguing. Hope to see more of this game in the future once it's released later this year.
Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault is a shopkeeper roguelike game developed by Digital Sun and published by 11 Bit Studios. The game is set to be released on PC, Xbox Series X, and PS5 in Summer 2025.
Nice to see that this game got a sequel after seven years, as the first Moonlighter game was enjoyable, so I expect the same with this one. It looks like they expanded upon it, too, with new weapons and shops, which should make it more interesting. Looking forward to seeing how the final game will turn out once it's released this summer.
Ratatan is a rhythm roguelike action game developed by Ratata Arts and published by Game Source Entertainment. The game is set to be released on PC on July 25, 2025.
Great to see that this game is still happening after not seeing it for a while, and if you're a fan of Patapon, this game is pretty much a spiritual successor to it, and it looks great. Really love the music in this game, and it definitely has that Patapon art style as well, which I appreciate a lot. Looking forward to playing this game once it's released next month.
OFF is a role-playing game developed by Unproductive Fun Time and published by MortisGhost. The game is set to be released on Switch and PC on August 15, 2025.
Wow, didn't know that this game helped inspire Toby Fox to make Undertale, but I know, and that's awesome. This game definitely has that art style that screams Toby Fox, and the combat also looks like Undertale and Earthbound, which is also great. Looking forward to trying this game out once it's released in two months.
BALL x PIT is a fast-paced fantasy roguelike game developed by Kenny Sun and published by Devolver Digital. The game is set to be released on Switch, PC, and Xbox Series X in 2025.
Wow, this game pretty much has everything in terms of action, puzzles, and customization. The gameplay looks fast-paced as it should create a lot of chaos, but in a fun way. Love the pixel art style of the game as well, which I appreciate. Also, there's a demo for this game as well, which I'm going to try out, so I'm curious to see how the game will play overall. Looking forward to seeing more of this game once it's released later this year.
Overall, this was a solid presentation from Geoff Keighley and his team. Granted, I feel like Geoff Keighley and his team have come a long way since they started Summer Game Fest, where they do improve each year in terms of pacing and production. However, in terms of game announcements, that's still lacking, I feel like, as it doesn't feel like a big summer gaming event like E3 was. Sure, we got great game announcements here along with great trailers for games, but it doesn't have the impact that it should. Hopefully, it will improve over time, but Day of the Devs was a great showcase for indie games, as always. Devolver Direct was funny as usual, only showcasing one game, but one that looks very promising, so that's nice. Other than that, I hope they continue to improve, but they still have a long way to go to reach E3 levels of hype.
